While many lawyers might be concerned about the imminent threat of Artificial Intelligence (http://www.dataphilos.com/blog/2015/11/13/lawyers-how-you-will-lose-your-job-why-ai-matters-today-part-ii), even worse than the prospect of AI-enhanced lawyers, will be the prospect of AI-enhanced litigants.

My grandmother used to quote Alexander Pope with "a little knowledge is a dangerous thing". If AI is equated with intellectual leverage, then AI assisted amateur litigants will be very dangerous indeed. Most likely to themselves...
